I am looking out for aa commercially minded Managing Director to join a growing London based businessoperatingacross leisurewith somehospitality.This is a smaller, fast-growing concept with a strong brand identity, and the focus is firmly on commercial growth, operational excellence, and scaling the business in the right way. The successful individual will take full ownership of the operation, working closely with the Founder and Creative Director to drive performance, structure, and long-term value.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead from the front, bring fresh commercial thinking, and has successfully grown a business before.
