North and South Yorkshire
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this leading civil engineering business based at offices in North and South Yorkshire .
Whilst the role will be office based there will be travel to sites and subcontractor premises will be required; this may require overnight stays.
The role briefly encompasses the following duties: -
Management of Commercial Team comprising of Estimators, Buyers and Quantity Surveyors. Risk analysis and advising on contractual matters. Identifying, valuing and agreeing additional works and scope within the project, including the preparation and agreement of variations, quotations and re-rates Preparation of contractual and general correspondence.
