Location: Calverton, Nottingham (primarily office based) with site visits across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. Candidates should ideally be based within 20 miles of the office.
Working Hours: Full Time
Salary: £55,000 £65,000 per annum
A family-run business established in 1974, our client is one of the largest facades, flat roofing, screeding, plastering and dry lining contractors in the East Midlands, providing national coverage.
They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of drylining projects, ensuring profitability, cost control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
