Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial activities across road construction projects, ensuring alignment with contract terms and project timelines
- Prepare, review, and submit progress claims in accordance with contract requirements and project milestones
- Track and manage project budgets, flagging variances and recommending corrective measures to senior management
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and work closely with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective contract administration
- Assess commercial risks on ongoing and upcoming projects, putting in place mitigation strategies where necessary
- Coordinate with project and site teams to gather accurate cost and progress data for monthly reporting
- Support the preparation and negotiation of variation orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval workflows
