Position Overview
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior commercial, sales, or retail leadership role
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial performance
- Strong experience in retail environments, including pricing, promotions, and category management
- Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and analytics systems (SAP advantageous)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to travel regionally as required
