General Description

The role will define accurately and concisely the commercial parameters of opportunities, ensuring they are in line with the business plan in terms of risk/added value and ensure organization’s compliance to all general laws and legal provisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall commercial performance, minimizing the costs of projects and enhancing value for money.
• Review the project tenders in line with the bidding SOPs to ensure an adequate return on the resource assets utilized for projects.
• Review all contractor applications on behalf of the client and make recommendations for payment.
• Support in developing estimating, design & bid standards to deliver value added and cost-effective solutions.
• Take a key role in contract negotiations with clients and play a major part in achieving satisfactory outcomes in terms of profit and customer satisfaction.
