**Responsibilities**

+ Perform interior maintenance
+ Support build-outs
+ Complete punch list work
+ Conduct minor carpentry
+ Troubleshoot issues
+ Assist small projects
+ Support field teams
+ Maintain structures and fixtures

**Requirements**

+ Multi-trade experience
+ Drywall, framing, ceilings
+ Independent worker
+ Own basic hand tools
+ Background check and drug screen
+ Construction or trade certifications in Pennsylvania
