Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Loans Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will manage various aspects of commercial loan servicing and portfolio monitoring, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational standards. You will also collaborate closely with relationship managers and portfolio managers to support the loan process from origination to ongoing maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic financial services environment. This role is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week


Responsibilities:

• Organize, sort, and upload loan files for imaging and maintain both physical and electronic records to ensure audit readiness.

• Create and update borrower and guarantor profiles, including reporting and financial covenants, in the loan monitoring system.
