Currently, we have a Commercial Loan Processor opportunity with an established and reputable Credit Union. The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Review loan files upon receipt, prepare needs lists, and ensure receipt of all documentation necessary to prepare the loan file for underwriting.
• Confirm that the borrower's information on all documents is complete.
• Track orders for appraisals, title commitments, Phase I environmental reports, operating statements, credit reports, and any other documents required for processing the loan.
• Prepare loan documents and forward them to escrow for closing.
• Review preliminary title reports and work with the title account officer to resolve any issues.
