Position Overview
In this position, you play a key role at the heart of the commercial organization. You are the point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth follow‑up from order to delivery, while delivering an excellent customer experience.Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and following up on customer accounts from a commercial perspective
- Accurately entering and monitoring orders and quotations in the system
- Communicating with customers by phone and email
- Supporting the field sales team and proactively thinking from a customer-oriented perspective
- Ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end order process until final delivery to the customer
- Working closely with internal departments such as logistics and purchasing
