**POSITION SUMMARY**


This position will manage large specialized Commercial and Industrial customers within the Alabama Power Company’s Birmingham Division and is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. This position will develop an in-depth knowledge of the customers’ business, operations, and facilities. This position will be the main point of contact for all Alabama Power Company managed customer interactions. These include kWh and non-kWh sales, electrical service, rates/pricing, contract negotiations, and overall customer service.
