**Responsibilities:**

+ Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
+ Use the building automation system to find and fix system issues
+ Work with supervisors and vendors to complete repairs and projects
+ Complete work orders and updates in the maintenance system (CMMS)
+ Order parts and track inventory needed for repairs
