**Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician**

**Job Description**

This lead-level Commercial HVAC Technician role focuses on servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. The position requires a highly skilled technician with at least 5 years of on-the-job experience who can work independently, solve complex HVAC service issues, and maintain strong communication and customer relationships in commercial and construction environments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Service, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a broad range of commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, AHUs, DOAS systems, VRF/VRV, split systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers (oil, gas, and electric), VAVs, and water source equipment.
+ Work with DDC controls and building management systems (BMS) to monitor, adjust, and optimize commercial HVAC performance.
