**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Night Shift Handyman/Mechanic** to work **Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM** . The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Engineer and support the Maintenance Team in a commercial building located in Tribeca.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing minor building and tenant repairs, assisting with construction projects, monitoring demolition work, and supporting building maintenance programs.

**Pay: $40 - $43 per hour.**
