The Sales Academy Trainee Program is a 1-year structured rotational program designed to develop the next generation of commercial talent in the medical technology industry. The trainee will gain foundational and hands-on experience in medical device sales, including product knowledge, clinical applications, market dynamics, sales methodologies, and end-to-end commercial operations across Smith+Ne phew’s businesses.

This program combines structured learning with real-world exposure through business unit rotations followed by commercial and operational immersion.
