The Sales Academy Trainee Program is a 1‑year structured rotational program designed to develop the next generation of commercial talent in the medical technology industry.

The trainee will gain foundational and hands‑on experience in medical device sales, including product knowledge, clinical applications, market dynamics, sales methodologies, and end‑to‑end commercial operations across Smith+ Nephew’s businesses.

This program combines structured learning with real‑world exposure through business unit rotations followed by commercial and operational immersion.
