Our client is a well-established organisation within the maritime and offshore sector, recognised for delivering reliable commercial and operational support services across a global network.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Commercial & Tendering Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of tenders, while assisting with wider commercial and administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tender documentation, managing procurement portal registrations, and ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
You will also review tender requirements, summarise key commercial and compliance points, maintain structured records of submissions, and support the monitoring of market trends and charter rates. In addition, you will assist with Charter Party Agreement reviews, client meetings, and general support to the Commercial Manager.
