We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Director to join our Vistry North West Midlands team at our Wolverhampton office. As Commercial Director you will lead the commercial strategy of the Business Unit, inspire and motivate the commercial team to generate profit, and oversee the regional Surveying, Buying and Estimating teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, direct and lead a commercial strategy that balances risk to the business with opportunities for income generation; reinvest the earnings to benefit the business.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and third parties, negotiating ongoing contracts and making recommendations as required.
• Conduct market research and analysis to anticipate future market developments, create detailed business plans and assess potential risks.
