Develop and implement the firm's commercial and strategic prioritiesLead and manage senior client relationships and key stakeholder interactionsRepresent the business with insurers, intermediaries, and group counterpartsOversee and personally contribute to complex advisory and tender assignmentsEnsure consistency, rigour, and clarity in advisory outputs and documentationDrive business development initiatives and revenue generationMonitor performance, margins, and overall financial resultsHold full P&L accountability, with a focus on sustainable profitabilityLead, coach, and coordinate a small, experienced advisory teamMaintain the firm's positioning as an independent and trusted advisorSupport governance, reporting, and internal process enhancement where required
