Position Overview

We are pleased to be working with a well‑established Scottish law firm that is recruiting a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy team in Ayrshire. This opportunity has arisen due to retirement within the department and offers the chance to take on a varied and established caseload within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a broad range of commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasing and associated security work.
Managing rural property transactions, including farms and land, and supporting renewable energy‑related conveyancing.
Providing advice on commercial property issues, title examination, drafting and negotiating relevant documentation.
Supporting corporate clients on asset and share purchase/sale transactions where property elements are involved.
