Responsibilities

• Support the procurement teams with standard contract templates for different units and subsidiaries of Pilatus.
• Coordinate and establish templates with the Legal department.
• Draft and conduct negotiations for all contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial managers of the procurement team.
• Coordinate contractual aftermarket topics with the commercial contract manager aftermarket.
• Create executive summaries of the substantial contracts being negotiated, outlining commercial and legal risks and conditions.
• Create reports, statistics and analysis, and communicate the results in a meaningful, clear and structured fashion to the Management of all involved Units.
