Take the lead in the contract negotiation and planning of difficult scenario projects, and achieve negotiation objectives, while minimizing contract risk and ensure contract quality. Able to ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Take charge of the commercial & legal functional review, comprehensive review, and decision-making support for difficult scenario projects.
Responsible in collecting and analyzing local commercial background, customer requirements, industry information and etc.
