**We are hiring for an skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager in Tampa, FL.** This role is deadline-driven, with daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables. Our clients customers are primarily General Contractors (GCs), waterproofing/roofing contractors, and commercial facilities owners.

**Duties:**

+ Thorough review of construction project documents, including specifications, drawings, and details.
+ Attend Scope Reviews, Pre-Con Meetings and Site Visits.
+ Develop Weekly Schedules, Budgets, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Purchase Orders
+ Communicate weekly with general contractors and other customers.
+ Collaborating with our estimator, sales team, and other staff, to enable successful transfer of the project from Estimating to Project Management upon close of the Sale
+ Manage Change Orders, RFI’s, RFPs, and Subcontractors
