The Commercial Business Specialist Sales Role works specifically with Commercial Vehicle Centers (CVC) Dealers and is responsible for growing commercial vehicle sales and promoting Ford Pro's Fly-Wheel pillars - sales, software, financing, charging, and service.
**What You’ll Do…**
+ Work with CVC Dealers to achieve key Balance Scorecard performance objectives.
+ Grow Core Commercial vehicle sales and market share with assigned CVC Dealers.
+ Review, counsel, and approve annual CVC Dealer business plans.
+ Work with CVC dealers to efficiently utilize CVC benefits and implement plans for growth.
+ Identify market opportunities to add/remove Dealers to the CVC network.
+ Partner with Ford SME's and promote Ford Pro One-Stop Solutions/five key pillars – sales, software, financing, charging, and service.
+ Manage compliance of CVC Program requirements with assigned dealers for all sales and service-related standards.
