Function

We are seeking a qualified lawyer (5-8 years PQE) who is fluent in English and Spanish and, preferably, also in Portuguese to join our EMEA legal team. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for providing legal support to the business in Spain and Portugal and will also work on data privacy projects in the EMEA region. Ideally we would like a lawyer with experience of working on technology transactions but we are particularly keen to find candidates who are passionate about technology, Cloud, big data, analytics and new emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things.

• Providing transaction support for direct and indirect sales, working as an integrated and essential part of the business teams within the company’s legal entities located in Spain and Portugal.
