About the Role

We are currently seeking a Commercial Analyst with a Mechanical Engineering or MEP background to join our growing team based in Beaconsfield.

This position is ideal for candidates with previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Estimator, Cost Engineer, or Commercial Analyst within construction or engineering environments.

The successful candidate will support the commercial and estimating functions across multiple projects, assisting with cost analysis, tender reviews, budgeting, procurement support, and commercial reporting. Experience within Data Centre or MEP projects would be highly advantageous.

This is a full-time office-based role working closely with senior commercial, project delivery, and pre-construction teams.
