Responsibilities
Supporting and reviewing Business Unit (BU) investment and Capex.Supporting and reviewing in preparation, review, and final approval from the management of commercial contracts – NDA’s, LOIs, key customer and vendor contracts.Ensuring the consistency in application of the Company's Group policies and processes concerning commercial contracts and Capex.Developing and monitoring the post-Capex/investment process.Working with the BU or Corporate function externally to develop innovative solutions across technology, systems, processes, and policies, and ensure effective use by the business.Ensuring outcomes deliver overall business benefits in financial terms and contribute to maximizing profitability including using and supporting the use o...
