Actively manage a client portfolio of commercial insurance policies, ensure growth of established book of business from year to year to meet established targets.Establish and maintain effective relationships with commercial clients and ensure professional service levels are maintained.Work proactively to secure high levels of client retention and overall revenue growth for the business unit for both group and non-group business.Provide protection of policyholder assets through product knowledge and awareness of current market conditions, analyze clientsβ risks and exposures, and provide options and solutions for their consideration.Support new and existing customers, provide quality customer service to clients and promote cross-selling and upselling of Western Financial Group products and other commercial products available that are relevant to their business.<...
