Summary: Responsible for identifying and documenting necessary body repair work for customers. Responsible for scheduling body work to be performed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Schedules appointments with customer.Works with customer and Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work.Offers additional services and repairs to customers.Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer.Meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production.Maintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work ar...
