Recruit 9th–12th grade students for the Bridge 2 College and Careers Program.
Carry a defined full caseload of 75 students with docummented advising plans for each student
Facilitate interactive workshops that teach about college access topics including applications (CUNY, SUNY, Common App), essay writing, financial aid (FAFSA, TAP, CSS Profile), and scholarship searches.
Support students one-on-one and in small groups with completing college applications (CUNY, SUNY, Common App, HBCU Common App)
Support students and families one-on-one and in small groups with completing financial aid applications (FAFSA, TAP, CSS Profile)
Provide individualized advising to students and families on college and career planning.
Write recommendation letters and support students in securing additional references.
