This position is a job family. There are two levels to the position.

Level I

Basic responsibilities include the proper collection of delinquent loan accounts while evaluating each member's situation and offering alternatives. Must demonstrate the ability to collect on delinquent loans.

• Analyzes delinquent loans to determine the best approach to collect payment and bring loan current.
• Responsible for working assigned queue in a timely manner.
