Your responsibilities include upholding transaction quality within predefined parameters and controlling claim costs to minimize leakage. Maintaining accuracy in reserves and payments while managing the lifecycle of claims is crucial. Adherence to company policies and procedures is paramount to ensure operational efficiency.
