This position focuses on managing a high-volume portfolio, resolving outstanding balances professionally, and using Excel to organize account activity and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial collections experience, confidence working with data, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
