Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable efforts for a contract position based in California. This role focuses on maintaining healthy cash flow by managing outreach to customers, resolving outstanding balances, and coordinating closely with internal teams to address billing concerns. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of both commercial and consumer collections and can work confidently across multiple systems while maintaining a detail-oriented customer experience.
