Waste Connections is looking for a **Collections Specialist** to join our team supporting **Tampa Hauling (6410)** and **Tampa Materials Transfer (6411)** . This position will be based out of our **Pasco West location** and will report directly to site leadership.

**✅ What You’ll Do:**

+ Manage customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances
+ Make outbound calls and send communications regarding collections
+ Work closely with customers to resolve billing issues and payment plans
+ Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account accuracy
+ Provide professional, customer-focused service in all interactions
