As the Collections Specialist, you will manage commercial collections activities, ensuring timely payments while resolving billing and payment discrepancies. This role requires a strong background in credit and collections, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Perform high-volume commercial collections via calls and emails to drive timely payment of outstanding balances.

• Run and analyze aging reports for your assigned accounts and develop effective recovery strategies.
