We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join a wholesale distribution team in Lexington, Kentucky on a Contract to permanent basis. This position is ideal for someone who can balance strong relationship management with confident account resolution across commercial customers. The role calls for strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to support customer service needs while ensuring past-due accounts are addressed effectively.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and follow up on outstanding balances in a timely, consistent manner.
