About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Collections Specialist to manage past-due accounts, drive payment recovery, and protect company cash flow through consistent outbound collections efforts.

This is not a passive support role.

You will be responsible for:

• High-volume outbound collections calls
• Payment follow-ups
• Billing issue resolution
• CRM documentation
• Revenue recovery execution

This role is best suited for someone who is:

• Persistent
• Confident on calls
• Organized under pressure
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily
