Position Overview
This role oversees Collections and MIS functions, ensuring accurate reporting, process automation, and effective management of delinquent accounts. It supports decision-making through data analysis while supervising collection activities to maintain loan portfolio quality and ensure timely recovery actions.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements VBA scripts and macros to automate data extraction and reporting processes
- Monitors and generates all section reports, including the preparation of comprehensive weekly analysis reports
- Develops and maintains monitoring tools required by the department to support data tracking and decision-making
- Facilitates departmental projects and system implementations aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
