Robert Half has partnered with a thriving manufacturing company on their search for an experienced Credit & Collections Coordinator. The responsibilities for this role will consist of: evaluating credit applications, monitoring customer credit limits, collecting outstanding payments, resolving billing issues, assisting with charge backs, updating credit profiles, collaborating with sales and management on credit decisions and terms, review trial balance reports, analyze customer accounts, recommending accounts for third-party collections, arranging debt payoffs, and ensuring compliance with policies and applicable credit/collections laws and regulations. Ultimately, this Credit & Collections Coordinator will process payments and refunds, update account records, and provide assistance where collection efforts are needed.
