The Collection Clerk/Assistant plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Dispatch and Collection Department. This position is responsible for the accurate collection, handling, and dispatch of goods for customer deliveries and inter-branch transfers. Key responsibilities include operating a forklift, loading and offloading goods, verifying stock, and ensuring that all collections and dispatches are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Duties And Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To Assist the Customer Service Clerk in dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face Collect goods from the correct staging areas for dispatch.
