Collection Handlers
Sevenoaks (must drive + own transport)
Weekly shift-based rota between 8am-7pm
£24.5k-27kpa DOE + Great Benefits
Hybrid (2 days WFH)

KHR is working with a fantastic client in the Sevenoaks area who are looking to expand their Collections team. If you have previous experience in Collections or Claims Handling, and looking to work for a great company, then this is the role for you!

Duties include:
– Dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties
– Setting up payment plans and collecting card payments
– Liaising with other operational departments involved in the customer journey and ensuring customers are satisfied at every stage
– Ensure all performance-related targets are achieved and maintained
