Position Objective: The Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) shall deliver cognitive performance training, assessment, and educational interventions to optimize aircrew performance. The CPS will serve as a subject matter expert in sport and performance psychology, human performance optimization, and cognitive enhancement strategies.
