About the role

The Cofounder's Office & Business Strategy Associate will serve as a critical role in driving Pinhome's growth across our property marketplace and Pinhome Home Service (PHS) verticals. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly navigate between boardroom presentations and operational deep-dives.

You'll be at the center of key business decisions, working directly with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to shape the future of Indonesia's largest property-tech platform.
