Based in Madrid within EMG’s established Pricing Centre of Expertise, the B2C Pricing Manager is a leadership role operating at the intersection of strategy and execution for the Iberia Cluster. The manager leads a dedicated team to implement dynamic, seasonal pricing models and policies that fully optimise capacity and maximise leisure revenue. By closely monitoring daily market performance and analysing competitor behaviour across channels, this role bridges the gap between RCM and cross‑functional execution alongside Sales and Finance to directly drive the region’s profitability and market competitiveness.
