**Job Description Summary**
The COE Leader will serve as the key operational leader for a manufacturing cell within our Gas Power Schenectady facility. This is a core manufacturing leadership role responsible for delivering power generation equipment to a global customer base while driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team of salaried direct reports, production supervisors, and hourly assembly technicians to execute business commitments and achieve operational objectives. The COE Leader will be responsible for setting cell strategy, driving daily execution, resolving technical and operational issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and flow. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, sound operational judgment, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to build a high-performing, accountable team culture.
