Position Overview

Your Contribution:

As a CoE HR IT Systems Operations & Governance NAreporting to the Head of HR Information Systems, you will align with the Global Process Owners, Global Solution Owners, implementation partners with implementation and daily operations of global HR-IT system landscape and definition of regional and country specific requirements in alignment with global definitions in the region of responsibility. Ensure that region specific requirements will be supported.
Support implementation of Global HR Processes across countries within North America in alignment with global guidelines and governance.

Assure adherence within region to global definitions, guidelines and standards as well as a legal compliant set up and run of systems and processes.

Deploy global guidelines and deliver activities in the area of HR IT Systems Operations & Governance within the Region.
