Your Mission

As a System Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our accounting platform (EONE) works smoothly for local teams across the globe. You’ll work side-by-side with process referents and client countries, guaranteeing quality, training and system reliability.

Provide first-line support to EONE users via a ticketing system

Analyse issues and escalate complex ones to the Level 2 support team

Ensure data integrity within EONE and alert users about critical updates

Animate and engage the user community with relevant information

Support countries in the monthly closing and daily operations

Deliver regular training to keep local teams updated on EONE functionalities

Identify risks or anomalies and alert the central EONE team

Coordinate action plans with referents to improve accounting quality and satisfaction
