**Job Description**

**Faculty Practice Plan Services** has an outstanding opportunity for a **CODING SPECIALIST - SUPERVISOR.** The position reports to the Manager of Coding and Charge Capture for Coding Specialties.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ 100% FTE
+ Mon-Fri, Remote

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Monitor productivity, charge lag, and volume using various system tools and reports. Identify and prevent backlogs and other impediment to charge capture. Monitor work on a daily basis to prospectively identify problems, potential backlogs and takes the necessary steps to mitigate impact.
+ Work closely with individual staff to ensure efficient and correct processing of charges. Assist staff in organizing work in-process so production levels consistently meet targets. Review quality and accuracy of work and provides feedback to staff and departments.
