**Job Purpose and Impact**

Cocoa Product and Process Specialist will carry out the company's pilot plant activities and studies in order to develop new and current projects and produce prototypes while following established food safety, environmental and health and safety procedures and policies. In this role, you will be a key member of the research and development team by taking operational responsibility of the pilot plant.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Run daily activities the pilot plant, equipment and utilities.
+ Perform application work in lab or pilot plant on development projects and on customer requests and perform analytical and chemical lab analyses on prototypes or raw materials and record results.
+ Coordinate and conduct customer visits to the pilot plant, based on company procedures.
